Variflow® II metal cell filters incorporate the performance of high-efficiency, mini-pleat media packs with durable corrosion-resistant steel cell sides. Two construction styles are available. Depending on your air filtration needs, you can choose from two construction styles. We can offer our box-style Variflow II-M in 2 in., or our single-header Variflow II-MC in 4 in. (for side access applications). The all-metal framing makes this product ideal for high-humidity or high-moisture environments where space is a premium.

• High-efficiency, microglass paper media
• Mini-pleat media pack with adhesive bead separators
• Available in two efficiencies: Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) 14 and MERV 11
• Completely rigid, all-metal design with corrosion-resistant, galvanized steel sides
• Expanded metal faceguard on air leaving side
• Moisture-resistant
• Classified UL Class 2
• Maximum operating temperature of 170°F (77°C)
• Optional gaskets available
• Can be installed with the pleats either vertical or horizontal (vertical is preferred)
