VariflowTM metal air filters, featuring UL Class 1 metal construction, are designed for high- and medium-efficiency air filtration in all types of commercial and industrial facility HVAC installations. This extended surface metal air filter comes in three different styles: box construction, single-header, and double-header. Their compact design saves valuable in-line duct space. 

Ideal for variable volume systems and difficult operating conditions, Variflow™ metal filters are widely used in areas with high humidity or in systems where sensible moisture is likely to reach the filter. Variflow™ media is made from water resistant ultrafine microglass paper media. Each of the efficiencies has its own formulation for fiber size and density. The paper mat media prevents water from passing through, causing a temporary rise in resistance, until all moisture evaporates.
