Description
    Airguard® Micro Guard® 99 SC filters feature state-of-the-art engineering and design. Each filter is individually tested at the factory before shipping. Various sizes and styles are offered to satisfy any filtration need. These options include both standard- and high-capacity; gasket seal and gel seal; C-style, double-turned flange, four-piece box, and various other frames. The Micro Guard 99 SC has the same media and construction as the Airguard Micro Guard, except fewer pleats, and available in 99.97 percent efficiency.
    Micro Guard 99 SC utilize a unique score fold design. This channeled pleat design increases media surface area and reduces opportunities for media damage during handling and installation. Corrugated aluminum separators allow maximum media utilization, reducing risk of media puncture, adding filter pack rigidity and stability, and offering high air flow through the filter. The entire media pack is bonded to the interior of the cell sides with urethane sealant. Dovetail interlocking urethane gaskets are standard on Micro Guard 99 SC filters.

    • Cell sides: choose from particle board, fire retardant particle board, fire-retardant plywood, galvanized steel, stainless steel, formed aluminum, or anodized aluminum
    • Wet-laid paper media produced from glass microfibers that is water-resistant and heat-resistant, with corrugated aluminum separators allowing for maximum media utilization
    • Media pack is bonded to the interior of the cell sides with urethane sealant
    • Silicone bond is used in high-temperature models 500°F (260°C)
    • Efficiency: 99.97 percent on 0.3 microns
    • Channeled pleat design to increase media surface area and reduce media damage during handling
    • Optional expanded metal faceguards
