A Certified Total Filtration System (TFS) location will fulfill your order and provide customer service for orders shipped directly from us. Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The confirmation email will provide order details, including the contact information. You may also find your order details by going to Total Filtration System (TFS).com and select “Manage Online Orders” from the footer. Once on the page complete the 2 fields, order number and the email associated with the order.
You will be able to review your order before submitting it. Once you've placed an order, you will receive an on-screen Order Confirmation notice. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order along with order details.
As items are shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment details and a shipment tracking number. You can also visit “Manage Online Orders” and with your order number and email associated with the order see the promise date or “Shipped” as the status.
To check on the status of an order, go to Total Filtration System (TFS).com and select “Manage Online Orders” found under Global Support Center in the footer. With your order number and email associated with the order see the promise date or “Shipped” as the status.
Prior to the “Acknowledged” status, you can cancel a line item or cancel your entire order. Quantity changes cannot be made once an order has been submitted. Until the “Acknowledged” status, you may delete a line item and place a new order with the adjusted quantity. Once your order has reached “Acknowledged” status, it cannot be cancelled by you. Contact the TFS Customer Service Department for a return authorization and instructions to cancel an order that has already been Acknowledged.
A spam filter may be blocking the email. Please check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder in your email inbox to make sure that the order confirmation is not located in these folders. You can also white list emails coming from Total Filtration System by contacting the department in your company responsible for spam blocking.
Inquiries regarding your order, including returns and exchanges should be directed to the Total Filtration System Customer Service Department for a return authorization and instructions.
Once a refund request has been processed, you should see a refund to your credit card in 3-5 business days. Please see the Total Filtration Systems Return Policy for refund details.
The freight charged is dependent on the size of the box, weight of the product and the level of service chosen.
